The Magnolia                 Suite

Flowers

Well, that took a little longer than expected, but you deserved the rest. You feel restored

ready for the next adventure, The Magnolia suite is a quaint pink room flowers festoon the vintage wallpaper elegantly aged. A vintage screen is draped with opaque silk that glistens in the fading sunlight.

The evening shadows guide you to the elegant chaise lounge. You take a seat leaning back into the sumptuous velvet cushion fringed with cerise silk tassels.

Nestled in the corner of the room you notice a glass art deco cabinet, on its shelves are curiosities from a bygone era. Satin gloves, silk hand painted fans, silver trinkets and a box of antique jewellery. As you gaze at the various objects your eyes are guided towards a perfume box it is simple, adorned with black ink. It reads Apres l'amour number 4

Thomas Kosmala..

Intrigued you open the cabinet and lift the box opening it gently. As you lift the heavy glass bottle and remove the lid you are immediately entranced, a heady elixir of early citrus melting into a spicy centre before yielding into musk and wood. Such a deep mysterious fragrance who would not be captured by its intrigue.

This fragrance has a wonderous projection, as you leave the room it seems to follow you hesitant to let you go only a few sprays, yet its embrace is reluctant to release you. The question as always you must

ask yourself is. this the "one"? You sigh as you close the door behind you your heart imploring you

to stay "but what if you think". You smile and creak open the door to the last suite on this floor

  " The Primrose suite".
