Lilac Hydrangea

     Room 2
The Lilac Suite

The room is bright and airy, a vintage throw depicts lilacs and summer leaves is laid elegantly over the foot of the antique brass bed. There is a cream bedside table with a cheerful lemon lamp underneath I have left you a note on a faded piece of note paper. It begins, Welcome ,I hope you are enjoying the first two of many rooms. Have you ever visited Liberty's  I ask? It is my most adored perfume parlour. I never fail to leave with a new scent sometimes with an old friend. On this particular day I had only intended to buy one of my favourites which had such use was now depleted. As I was leaving an assistant stopped me and asked for my favourite fragrance notes. I was sure my purchase was complete and answered out of politeness as I listed my beloved notes he stopped me at Patchouli. Come and smell this he said and of course I did it was "Etro, Patchouly" .This describes exactly what it says it is to my nose an  exquisite patchouli. It has wonderful projection but can be enjoyed equally  intimately as a warm sensual scent.
Of course this  joined my collection and still remains a constant. Maybe this could be the.... "One" you are looking for? You slowly open the drawer of the bedside cabinet and take out  the fragrance I have left you.....and the adventure continues
